At Cat's Peek Rescue we specialize in caring for kittens under 6 weeks old. We have a variety of kittens available for adoption. We are a small, non-profit organization with foster care in our homes as opposed to a shelter set up. Therefore we are limited in space. We will not accept owner give ups unless the owner originally adopted the cat from us. We cannot take in stray/feral cats as we do not have enough room for them. We will, however, trap, spay/neuter, release if you are willing to help financially.
We are limited to taking in kittens who have been abandoned or orphaned by their mom. We can accept feral kittens up to about age 6 weeks, from areas we are trapping in only. Past that age we would have to trap, spay/neuter, release since feral kittens past that age are extremely difficult to adjust to handling and finding adoptive homes. If you have an unaltered female cat who presented you with kittens, we will help you place the kittens, if we have room, as long as you are willing to have the mom spayed so no more will be born.
If you are a client to one of our participating veterinary hospitals or you are associated with our sister spay/neuter clinic, we will help if we can. If you are on a low or fixed income and want to do the right thing by getting your cat (or dog) spayed/neutered, please contact us or visit our links page or the Amazing Grace Spay Neuter Program to obtain an application.
It takes only 7 years for 2 cats and their offspring to become 420,000 cats. So, save their future; spay and neuter.
We are in the news!! Read four online articles in The Times News that help spread our message about our cause, work and feral cat overpopulation called, "Wild cats lead to overpopulation" and "Cat's Peek gears up for spring season" , "Area groups addressing feral cat colony problem" , and "Injured Kitten needs help".

Thank you for your caring generosity!
We assure you that 100% of all financial donations we receive go directly to the cats we foster for their food, medical needs, veterinary visits and vaccinations. No one within our organization receives any money from the organization. We are all volunteers who donate to the organization to help the kittens and cats we care for. Transportation of the kittens to and from off site adoption locations and vet visits are paid for by our volunteers personally and our volunteers are never reimbursed from our rescue funds.
Donations are always accepted for general or specific reasons. If you would like to make a donation for a specific reason, paypal allows you to state that reason for us to acknowledge. Once you have made the donation, there is a "link or box" that appears labled "special instructions to seller", this is where you would indicate if this is a donation for a specific cat, person, in memory of... etc. Also, you will see that the donation is going to "The Program of Emmanuel's Hands" This is Cats Peek "parent" organization & the agency that holds our non-profit status. Please be assured that Cats Peek Rescue is receiving the donation & you will receive an email acknowledgement from us within 24 hours. We greatly appreciate your desire & willingness to help with the care of our foster kittens & cats.

Alphapooch joins the Petfinder Foundation in its belief that every shelter pet should have a bed, and hopes that through the program they can eventually donate hundreds if not thousands of Unreal Lambskin beds to shelters like Catspeek Rescue across the country. As a part of the program, our group has been added to receive shelter bed donations. When you purchase an Alphapooch bed choose our shelter on their checkout page so we can receive a donated bed!
